About the Study

We are evaluating AI-generated synonyms to improve vocabulary learning systems. You will read 15 sentences, each with a blank space, and rate 4 candidate words on a scale of 1 (Very inappropriate) to 5 (Very appropriate).

Key Information

• Eligibility: 18+ years old and a native speaker of the target language.
• Time & Reward: Approximately 15–20 minutes. Compensation is processed via Prolific.
• Privacy: Your responses are strictly anonymous. We only collect your Prolific ID for payment verification. Data will be stored securely for 10 years after the research concludes.
• Voluntary: Participation is completely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by closing your browser window without penalty.
